Successful Ageing for the Mid-Age/Older Adult: Level 1

Personal trainers help their clients improve their quality of life in many ways.  A particular focus is ensuring clients age successfully and can continue to pursue their physical and mental health goals, hobbies or interests.  Canadians have a life expectancy of 82 years of age and one in five Canadians are at least 65 years of age. Hence, you have probably heard the phrase: "you're not getting any younger!"  Join Brian on a comprehensive, highly practical journey on developing programs for clients 45+ setting them up to age successfully and increase the number of years of life lived in good health.
