Registration Information

How to Register 

For all online certification courses, practicum programs, workshops and webinars:

ONLINE: Click HERE to register online with Visa or MasterCard. 

For e-Transfer, send payment to info@inshapetraining.net.  Please send the password in a separate email along with your full name, phone number and the program you would like to register for.

PHONE: You can call 604-879-5500 to register over the phone. 

Registration Policy

In order for you to be assured a seat in your chosen session, Inshape Training requests that you register by submitting payment at least one week in advance of the start date.  As long as the REGISTER HERE link is present beside any program, it is open for registration.  Upon registration, your course Manual and Program Booklet need to be ordered directly from cfes@telus.net. Links to order books from CFES will be provided in the confirmation email after you register. 

If you decide to withdraw from the session more than one week ahead of the start date, you will be refunded and assessed a twenty percent (20%) administration fee OR you may use your payment as credit towards any future Inshape Training course(s), practicum(s) or workshop(s).  

You may transfer the start date of any course(s), practicum(s) or webinar(s) if you cannot attend the original intended start date. You have one (1) year from the date of purchase of any course(s) or practicum(s) to complete it or you can use your payment for the course(s) or practicum(s) as credit for a future course to be used within that one (1) year time limit.

There are no refunds or credits given after one year from the original purchase date of any session. There are no refunds within one week of the start date for any course or practicum.  There are no refunds for online workshops or webinars.

If Inshape Training has to cancel a session, we will grant an extension to be equivalent to your one year time limit. 

Huge thank you for all your help and especially your support and encouragement as we worked our way through the Group Fitness Practicum. Going into it I wasn’t sure how well I would do, thought I’d manage to scrape through to get the certification, but you were so encouraging and helpful, tolerant of my miscues and off beat’s, my deer in the headlights look when I ran out of step patterns before you changed the music....the group was a lot of fun. I also appreciate your help with the technology piece, made my life a lot less stressful.
